    We keep this simple: we collect only your name and email when you contact us. We do not sell, share, or monetise your data. We store it only as long as needed to respond to your enquiry.

When you submit our contact form, we collect:

First name and last name — to address you properly in our reply
Email address — to respond to your enquiry
Company size (optional) — to understand your context
Project description (optional) — the details you choose to share

We do not collect payment details, government identifiers, or any sensitive personal data.

We use the information you send us solely to:

Respond to your enquiry
Follow up on any ongoing conversation you initiate

We do not use your data for marketing unless you explicitly ask us to keep you updated.

Cogivita is based in the EU and handles your data within the EU. Formspree may process data on servers located outside the EEA; it operates under standard contractual clauses in compliance with GDPR.
